New to the Violin?

Regardless of your age or musical experience, Intro to Violin is the place to start. This crash course will take you from nothing to playing a song in just five days.

We will schedule five one-hour sessions in five days. For children under the age of 13, we encourage parents to attend and learn with their child.

You will learn how to:

• Hold the instrument

• Produce a good tone with the bow

• Place your fingers

• Play the first piece in the Suzuki Repertoire
